2021 Year in Review

2021 was a year of challenges, opportunities, growth, and one constant theme--change. The material handling industry continued to grow, and FMH was right by its side with a record performance year. Our great team released new products and services to create even more diversity in our offering, streamlined our operational efficiency, and strengthened our commitment to corporate social responsibility as the world continued to cope with the global pandemic.

To offer new solutions for our customers, we introduced an array of new products including LITESORT. LITESORT provides a portable sortation solution for retailers that can be used in the back of stores and in distribution centers. The system utilizes a scanner, 24V DC motor-driven rollers, and bi-directional diverts to sort items to their respective lanes.

Considering increasing demand and challenges with supply chain, FMH also worked hard to streamline and manage our operations to maintain our commitment more effectively to our customers. The realignment of operations with an increased focus on safety, quality, and product management is aimed at providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction while continuing to be easy to do business with.

As we continued in the second year of the global pandemic, our team stepped up its efforts towards social responsibility. We supported numerous local non-profit organizations and sponsored several community events. From packing boxes at the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas to painting the interior of new homes for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Jonesboro, our team members logged over 130 volunteer hours to support our community.

I am proud of our team and their commitment to our community and the industry. With their help, I know we are geared up and ready to take on the continued growth of the material handling industry for years to come.
