Employee Spotlight: Thashua Fulton

Meet Thashua Fulton, Power Assembly Manager! 

In October 2003, Thashua Fulton began her career with FMH working in the gravity department. Right away she knew FMH was a good fit because of the positive working environment and her coworkers felt like family.  

Thashua has since advanced her career and now works as a manager in power assembly. Her daily duties include supervising the power crew, closing jobs, wiring up conveyors, working on the line, and anything else needed for production. She enjoys the fast pace and constant changes that come with her position.  

“Although it can be frustrating, that’s the part that I like about it,” she says, “I like a challenge and getting things done.” She has hopes that FMH will continue to grow by gaining more business and hiring more employees. 

Originally from Parkin, Arkansas, Thashua moved to Forrest City during her 7th-grade year, where she graduated high school. She and her husband, Kevin, reside in Jonesboro and have a toy poodle named Champ.  A surprising fact about Thashua is that she has two sets of twins: 27-year-old girls and 22-year-old boys. 

Three years ago, Thashua was diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently in remission. When asked what advice she would give others, she said, “Don’t take things, life, or people for granted. Live life to the fullest and appreciate everyone.” Thashua enjoys traveling with her family, sports, shopping, and reading in her free time.
