Employee Spotlight: Lauren Gettings

Meet Lauren Gettings, Project Manager!

After working in retail management for six years, Lauren began looking for a more family-friendly schedule. She joined FMH Conveyors in April 2021 in the parts department then quickly moved over to inside sales.  Currently, Lauren’s role is in project management. Her daily responsibilities involve coordinating the installation of new equipment and overseeing equipment relocation.  

Lauren says she enjoys the collaborative team environment and the support she receives from her coworkers. Lauren thrives in her fast-paced role as project manager, and the daily challenges it brings. She has high hopes that FMH Conveyors will continue to grow over the next several years. 

Lauren is a proud native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, where she resides with her husband, Kyler, and their three-year-old son, Dawson. Outside of work you can find her spending time with family and friends and coaching a youth softball team.  

When asked what the most important lesson is she has learned over the years, Lauren says to navigate and embrace change even though it’s hard good will come from it.
