Employee Spotlight: Larry Caesar

13/12/2023

Meet Larry Caesar, shipping clerk and team lead at FMH Conveyors.

Before joining FMH, Larry worked for the Army Corp of Engineers on barges. He moved to Jonesboro, AR from Dyersburg, TN in August 2015 when he got the job at FMH.

His day-to-day duties include assisting material handling with location of parts, pulling orders, identifying parts, and shipping items. Larry's job with FMH Conveyors is his first time working in a factory environment. He enjoys the career growth that the company provides and that his job pace allows him time to think.

Larry’s wishes for FMH over the next ten years are that relationships between team members and managers become better and there is better communication throughout.

Larry was born and raised in Dyersburg, TN. He has a wife, five children, three stepchildren, and ten grandkids. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, drawing and cooking.

The most important thing he has learned in the past five years is “learn to live”. He says now that his kids are grown, he’s able to travel more and get out and do what he wants to do.

Some of the things you may be surprised to learn about Larry are that he likes reading about historical places and events, enjoys fixing electronics, and says he is a natural-born caretaker.

We truly appreciate Larry and the rest of the FMH family for all their hard work.
