12/03/2025
We are excited to shine a spotlight on Karla Robb, a valuable member of the FMH Conveyors team.
Before joining FMH, Karla spent 16 years with Columbia Forest Products, a manufacturer of hardwood plywood based in NE Arkansas. Karla started out as an Inside Sales Representative; she had advanced to the role of Inside Sales Manager just before the factory closed in 2017.
Karla joined FMH in July 2017, took a short one-year break, and then came back, quickly becoming a key member of the team. Her decision to join FMH was influenced by her love for learning and the company’s ability to offer customized products. “The customization of products was a huge draw for me. I love to learn, and FMH provided a great opportunity for growth,” she says.
As a Regional Sales Manager for the Central Distribution territory, Karla’s role focuses on sales through integrators and resellers across 15 states. In her position, she values the relationships she builds with her customers. “I enjoy meeting my customers and diving deeper into the way they operate,” she explains. “I listen a lot, so I can determine the best way we can be their top vendor.”
Originally from Tuckerman, Arkansas, Karla now resides in central Arkansas with her husband of 25 years. They have one son who is in his second year of college at UCA majoring in Data Analytics and a 15-year-old dog named Daisy.
Over the past five years, Karla says she has learned the importance of living in the present and spreading kindness to others.
