Employee Spotlight: Kaiana Burgess

Meet Kaiana Burgess, Shipping and Receiving Tech!

Before joining FMH in July 2024, Kaiana spent over a year at Sam’s Club working as a Member Specialist, where she developed her skills in customer service and teamwork. 

Kaiana was encouraged to join the FMH team after hearing recommendations from a friend. Now that she's part of the team, she enjoys the support of her coworkers, which she says is her favorite aspect of working at FMH. 

In her role, Kaiana is responsible for loading and unloading trailers, organizing the warehouse, and tackling whatever tasks come her way. She particularly enjoys the morning meetings, where the team discusses safety and daily duties ending with some laughs to start the day. 

Currently she lives in Paragould, AR with her nine-year-old son, her mother and younger brother.  She has a big family with lots of nieces and nephews that live up north.   

In her free time, Kaiana embraces her interests in cooking—her favorite dish being stew chicken—and relaxes by playing The Sims on her computer.   

Fun facts about Kaiana that might surprise you: she’s part Italian, she homeschools her son, and she has a passion for cooking.
