Employee Spotlight: Eli Mullins

Meet Eli Mullins, Controls Engineer!

Eli graduated from Brookland High School in 2019 and pursued his studies at Arkansas State University, earning his degree in May 2024. Eli started out studying exercise science before trying nursing, finding his calling in electrical engineering.  

Eli joined our team full-time in May 2024, but his journey with FMH began a few years earlier, during his internship while completing his college degree. 

His internship with FMH lasted for three years, giving him valuable hands-on experience and the chance to grow professionally.  

Eli’s favorite part of his job is diving into product design and development.  "I love the freedom they give me to design, and people listen to my ideas.” 

When he is not working, Eli keeps busy with a variety of hobbies. Because of his love for electrical engineering, he also enjoys tinkering with projects at home in his free time.  He also likes to go bowling and spend time hanging out with his girlfriend.  

One of the most important lessons that Eli has learned is to listen to others’ advice, he says “Since I've been at FMH I just absorb what people say, those who have more experience".
