Employee Spotlight: Brian Alls

Meet Brian Alls, Team Lead!

Before joining FMH Conveyors, Brian Alls worked alongside his father on the farm, cultivating rice and soybeans. After graduating from Hoxie High School, he pursued his passion for welding at Black River Technical College. 

In April 1999, Brian began his journey with FMH Conveyors, and today, he holds the position of Motion06 and BestConnect Team Lead. What he enjoys most about his job is the constant challenge it presents, keeping him engaged and motivated. Brian aspires to take on a supervisory role within the company, further expanding his leadership capabilities and contributing to the company's growth. 

Originally from Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Brian now resides in Jonesboro with his wife, Wendy. They have two sons, Hunter and Hayden, who have also joined the FMH Conveyors family. Outside of work, the Alls family shares a passion for dirt track racing.
