Raman Joshi - Group President, Material Handling Americas

Raman holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College in Jodhpur, India. He also earned an MS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering from New Mexico State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Raman is a seasoned global professional leader with many years of experience in manufacturing management. He has lived in 4 countries and worked in functions spanning from manufacturing, engineering, marketing, sales, and general management.

Chris Glenn - President, FMH Conveyors

As president, Chris is responsible for leading the company’s overall strategic direction, profitability, customer satisfaction, operations, budgeting process, and financial performance for FMH.

Originally from Dexter, Missouri, Chris Glenn grew up in the agricultural industry. In 1992 he moved to Arkansas to pursue his education and begin his career. While working full-time, he obtained a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University in 1997, majoring in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology. Chris has worked in local manufacturing for over 27 years specializing in engineering and operation functions.

Peter Rice - VP of Sales

As VP of Sales, Peter oversees all activities in the sales department, and develops, implements, and manages business relationships with partners to achieve revenue goals.

Peter graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He is originally from Baldwinsville, New York, and is now based in the Philadelphia area. Peter joined FMH in 2015 and brings extensive sales and manufacturing experience. His industry knowledge allows him to excel in building relationships.

In his free time, Peter enjoys running and learning various musical instruments.

Krissy Cantwell - Director of Human Resources

As Director of HR, Krissy handles both strategic and administrative responsibilities. She is directly involved with strategy and planning in addition to managing our talent acquisition process.

Krissy graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA. Her strong employee relations skills and a demonstrated history of manufacturing experience have allowed her to excel in this role. Her specialties include leadership, customer service, strategic planning, recruiting, and training.

Krissy enjoys spending quality time with her family at the lake and beach.

Ty Keller - Director of Engineering

As Director of Engineering, Ty is responsible for overseeing the development of new products through the engineering design process, conducting research into new technologies that could improve business operations, and determining the feasibility of new product designs or processes that are proposed by engineers.

Ty holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University. With previous experience in the material handling industry combined with his new product development background he will prove to be extremely beneficial in his new role at FMH Conveyors.

Roy Roberts - Director of Supply Chain and Logistics

As Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, Roy is responsible for all cross-functional operations with Supply Chain as well as leading the strategic sourcing initiatives.

Roy is from Searcy, Arkansas, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Finance from Harding State University.

He brings over 27 years of manufacturing experience and has held various roles in supply chain, operations, sales, quality, human resources, and safety. Roy holds several certifications including Lean,  APICS CPIM, ABB Supply Chain Excellence.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, drag racing, and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Jonathan Whitsell - Director of Finance, FMH Conveyors

As Director of Finance, Jonathan is responsible for leading the company’s overall financial strategy, profitability, budgeting process, and financial reporting for FMH.

Originally from Slaughters, KY, Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Kentucky University. He has three children with his wife of 21 years, Tracy and they reside in Brookland, AR.

Jonathan is a seasoned Finance and Operations professional with 26 years of experience in management and leadership. He has worked in functions spanning from finance, logistics, supply chain, commercial, and general management in the food, manufacturing, automotive, and steel mill services industries.

Alan Bigham - Director of Continuous Improvement

Alan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and MBA from Arkansas State University. He has three children with his wife of 21 years, Jennifer.

They enjoy all kinds of sports and are usually at a field or gym watching their kids play football, basketball, soccer, or volleyball.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors doing anything from hiking to hunting or fishing.

Luke Vaughn - Director of Product Management, FMH Conveyors

As Director of Product Management, Luke is responsible for defining product strategy and the roadmap for existing and new product lines.

He conducts cost and margin analysis and works with the Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive new product development.

Luke graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University. He brings a unique combination of planning and supply chain industry experience that have aided in his successful transition.

Before assuming his current position, Luke has served in various management roles at FMH including planning, operations, and Lifecycle Services.

Luke resides in Brookland with his wife, Nicole, and two young daughters.
